My Story
Photography has been part of my life for over 20 years, with more than a decade spent shooting professionally. As a child of the 80s, I’m naturally drawn to nostalgia, timeless imagery, and honest storytelling, which is why my work leans heavily towards relaxed, candid, documentary-style photography, capturing real moments as they unfold rather than forcing anything that doesn’t feel natural.
Outside of photography, I’m a husband, a dog lover, a home-automation tinkerer, and someone who enjoys slow-cooking something tasty on the smoker. I take a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to my work and my relationships with clients, which helps people feel comfortable and be themselves in front of the camera.

In 2021, my life took a sharp turn when I was diagnosed with leukaemia. Going through treatment and coming out the other side reshaped how I see time, relationships, and the importance of preserving meaningful moments. That experience brought a deeper sense of patience, empathy, and perspective to my work, and it’s something I carry with me into every wedding and portrait session.
I have a particular love for black and white photography, drawn to its timeless, classic feel and its ability to strip an image back to pure emotion. And as a proud dog lover, I’m always happy to include furry family members whenever possible.
Thank you for considering me to tell your story. I’d be honoured to help preserve your memories in a way that feels genuine, personal, and true to you.
